You're a few steps away from a full marketing strategy in WhatsApp!

Step 1: Create your 360dialog and WhatsApp accounts
In the first step, you will create your 360dialog account as well as register your WhatsApp Business API phone number.

Requirements
Phone number not connected to another WhatsApp account.
Ownership of personal Facebook account.
Disabled IVR system during signup.

Step 2: Automation and Measurement

Our team is working on enabling your automation and measurement accounts, which will be ready in up to 24 hours. This will be based on the purpose of the automation you selected. As soon as it's enabled, we will email you all the details.
In the meantime, you should proceed to Step 3 so your Ads are ready to go!

Link your WhatsApp account to your Facebook Page
This will allow you to select your WhatsApp account when creating the ad. See how to do this here.

In your Ads Manager, select Engagement as the campaign objective, Messaging Apps as conversion location and Click to Message as Ad Type.
